Tom Anelli & Associates is currently looking for Associate Attorneys for their Syracuse Office. Salary will be commensurate with experience, and benefits include, but are not limited to health, dental, vision, and 401k.

The role of an Associate will include the following:

Performing initial client interviews
Interviewing witnesses
Appearing in court for Arraignments, Reports, Pleas & Sentencing
Client interviews
Negotiating with Assistant District Attorneys
Assisting with hearing and trial preparation
Performing legal research
Creating exhibits for demonstrations in court
Accruing additional evidence in support of their case or for arguments against the prosecution’s charges
Examining the crime scene
Gathering expert witnesses to testify in court
